Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. And please note that colors and shapes may slightly differ from the photos as all our products are .
Damaged or Defective Items

3.2 Replacement or Refund

Cancellations
4.1 Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
*Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval, especially when it comes to customized items that cannot be resold.
